Saeimas Juridiskā komisija šodien lēma izskatīšanai parlamentā virzīt grozījumus Krimināllikumā, ar kuriem plānots noteikt kriminālatbildību par transportlīdzekļa vadīšanu vai mācīšanu to vadīt, ja izelpotā gaisa vai asins pārbaudē konstatētā alkohola koncentrācija asinīs pārsniedz 1,5 promiles.

Kā aģentūra LETA noskaidroja Tieslietu ministrijā, grozījumi attieksies uz visu veidu automobiļu, traktoru un citu pašgājēju mašīnu, tramvaju, trolejbusu, motociklu un citu mehānisko transportlīdzekļu, kas pārvietojas ar savu enerģijas avotu, vadīšanu šādā reibumā, izņemot transportlīdzekļus ar iekšdedzes dzinēju, kura darba tilpums ir mazāks par 50 kubikcentimetriem.
Kā skaidro TM, uz velosipēdu, elektroskrejriteņu un mopēda vadīšanu šī Krimināllikumā plānotā norma neattieksies – par šādu transportlīdzekļu vadīšanu reibumā saglabāsies administratīvā atbildība.
Kā aģentūru LETA informēja Saeimas Preses dienestā, komisija atbalstīja arī saistītos grozījumus Ceļu satiksmes likumā.
“Diemžēl situācija uz ielām un ceļiem liecina, ka ne visi autovadītāji transportlīdzekļa vadīšanu nodala no apreibināšanās. Kriminālatbildība par braukšanu reibumā palīdzēs novērst traģēdijas, ko uz ceļiem izraisa dzērājšoferi un citu apreibinošo vielu lietotāji,” pauž komisijas priekšsēdētājs Jānis Butāns (K).
